Our Classes
Our classes are devised, written and delivered by Midwives. We have used all our experience to tailor them to what women and their birth partners really want and need to know.
We provide fun, informative and interactive classes that prepare you both for the birth of your baby and the first few weeks with your newborn.
We would advise booking onto the course around 26-32 weeks of your pregnancy (although it is not too late if you are further along!).
Our course sessions are run in the evening so that they are easier to attend for you and your birth partner, keeping your weekends free.
We run our course from a space full of character in the centre of the market town of Ampthill but welcome anyone from the surrounding areas.
The space is set up to make you feel welcomed and comfortable with birthing balls, mats and cushions and a variety of refreshments.
